Arrive and Listen

Review our weekly schedule online to find a circle track, neighborhood hub, or virtual session that matches your schedule and current emotional needs.

Share your contact details through our confidential signup note. We never ask for clinical histories, physician referrals, or invasive intake paperwork.

A peer facilitator contacts you with hub directions, transit details, and a gentle welcome guide explaining what to expect during your first meeting.

Take a seat with a warm cup of tea. Participation is always voluntary; you are welcome to speak openly or simply listen in quiet comfort.
